I am very excited to announce that my listing at 17085 Camino San Bernardo San Diego, CA 92127, a 20,000 SF medical office building is now fully leased! I first took this listing in the fall of 2021 after the landlord had parted ways with another broker who had failed to deliver any viable results.
When I started on the project the building was completely vacant. Through a persistent marketing effort and unwavering commitment to the assignment, I secured 3 tenants ranging in size from 3,300 SF to 10,000 SF. All tenants signed long-term leases (10-year terms) and will be investing substantial resources into the property.
