Erik Egelko, a commercial real estate broker with SVN Vanguard’s San Diego office has successfully brokered a deal for a care facility in San Diego, CA.

An established business is relocating their facility to this 4,219 SF property that was previously used as a residential rental.

Egelko had to say of the deal, “As the market slows down as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are finding creative solutions for backfilling vacancies. This deal is a great example of how you can repurpose an asset in order to boost income.”
