Telecom giant AT&T has signed a long term lease for a new store at 591 H Street in Chula Vista, CA. Erik Egelko of SVN Asset Advisory Group represented the landlord in the transaction.
The property is located on the busy corner of H Street and Broadway and benefits from co-tenancy with one of San Diego’s busiest Starbucks drive-thrus.
