Erik Egelko, a commercial real estate broker with SVN Vanguard’s San Diego office has successfully brokered a deal for retail space at 6124 University Ave in San Diego, CA.
The new tenant, Knots in Knead, is a beauty spa that will be relocating from Mission Valley and will mark the fourth deal Egelko has completed within this center, making it 100% leased.
Egelko had to say of the deal, “This is reflective of the strong economic recovery we are seeing for retail properties in 2021.”
