JUST SOLD! Parkway Shopping Center Sells for $6,800,000

The Parkway Shopping Center at 7200 Parkway Drive in La Mesa, CA has sold for $6,800,000. The 24,404 SF property located along the I-8 Freeway was sold by the Galanoudes Family Trust to an undisclosed buyer.

Erik Egelko of SVN Vanguard’s San Diego office represented the seller. The property was fully leased at the time of the sale.

Egelko commented, “We received a tremendous amount of activity on this listing due to the irreplaceable location and major lack of quality inventory in the $5-10 million category”
