Kaizen Judo Kai signs lease for new Lake Murray Blvd location

Kaizen Judo Kai, a martial arts training school has signed a lease for a new facility at 6195 Lake Murray Blvd. The approximately 2,000 SF suite will undergo significant renovation and is scheduled to open in the beginning of 2019. Prior to bringing Erik Egelko onboard to handle leasing the suite sat vacant for over 2 years.

Ownership commented saying, “Erik recently filled a somewhat difficult vacancy for me in my commercial property.  He was energetic, knowledgeable, quick to return messages, and understanding. all the things you’d want in a leasing agent. I will be using him again!!”
