    I had the pleasure of working with Erik on the purchase of a property on University Avenue in La Mesa. Erik's professionalism shows in his firm negotiating skills and attention to detail. While keeping his clients interests in mind, he was honest and collaborative throughout the escrow. If there was another agent representing the Seller, I am not sure we would have been able to make the deal work. My client was a restaurant operator and needed certain assurances from the seller to feel confident with moving forward.
