The Aztec Village Shopping Center located at 6663 El Cajon Blvd has sold for $5,135,000. Erik Egelko and Max Reynolds of SVN Asset Advisory Group represented the seller, 1201 Main Street LLC.
Financing was arranged by Brandon Jensen of North Island Credit Union. Escrow and Title Services were provided by Robert Shaw of Chicago Title.
Egelko commented saying, “The seller had accumulated significant appreciation in the property and it made sense to sell and exchange their equity into a project closer to their headquarters in Los Angeles.”
The new ownership plans to re-position the center.
