The Parkway Villa Shopping Center at 1815 East Valley Parkway in Escondido has been sold to an undisclosed local investor for $4,700,000. The seller was Fisher Wells LLC.
The buyer was represented by Erik Egelko of SVN Vanguard – San Diego.
The seller was represented by Michael Crone of James Crone and Associates.
Egelko commented, “The property was fully stabilized at acquisition and provided attractive metrics in terms of cap rate and price per square foot relative to similar deals on the market.”
