I am excited to announce that I have brokered a 10-year lease for a 3,303 square-foot medical office in the 4S Ranch sub-market of San Diego, CA. Coast Pediatrics will be expanding its operations and opening a new office at 17085 Camino San Bernardo Suite 100.

The space was in shell condition and there was an extensive process of sourcing bids for the design and construction of the office. Ultimately Erik Egelko was able to structure a deal that was attractive to both the tenant and the landlord.
