A mixed-used portfolio of a free-standing La Mesa retail building at 5200 Lake Murray Blvd and a single-family home with commercial zoning located next door at 6985 Wisconsin Ave has sold to an owner-user for $1,600,000. Erik Egelko, a commercial real estate broker with the San Diego office of SVN Vanguard represented the seller in the transaction.
