Erik Egelko, a commercial real estate broker with SVN Vanguard’s San Diego office has successfully brokered a deal for 2,430 SF of retail space at 3076 5th Ave in Banker’s Hill, San Diego, CA.

This space is positioned under the Alicante Luxury Apartments and will be leased by iNailology, a nail salon relocating from across the street. This 5 year term was leased at 100% of the asking rate.

Egelko had to say about the deal, “While many retail assets are struggling in 2020, we have worked diligently to secure quality tenants at attractive terms for our landlord clients.”
