A Temecula shopping center has been sold for $17,250,000 million in a deal arranged by a San Diego broker.
The Margarita Crossings Shopping Center, 29025, 29073, 29097, and 29121 Overland Drive, was bought by Lake1925, LP.
The seller was Temecula MO, LLC.
The buyer was represented by Erik Egelko of SVN Vanguard based in Kearny Mesa.
“Retail has had a strong recovery since the government lockdowns have been lifted and this transaction is representative of investor confidence in the asset type,” Egelko said.
